June 22, 2010New Centre opens in LoughboroughThe open day for the First Class Learning (FCL) Centre in Loughborough got off to a great start last Saturday at Gorse Covert Community Centre.
Parents and children attended the event to find out more and enrol onto the FCL Maths and English programmes.

May 1, 2010Dr. Mallika Bohm Opens New Rotherham CentreAfter a very successful year with her Centre in Broom Lane, Dr. Mallika Bohm will be opening the doors to her new Centre at the Phoenix Sports Centre, Pavillion Lane, Brinsworth. For a year now, Dr Bohm has helped and supported students in the local community with both maths and English tuition at her Tuesday class at Broom Methodist Church in Broom Lane but with enquiries coming from further afield, Dr Bohm has decided to open a new Centre in Brinsworth. Enquires have been coming in from Brinsworth and the surrounding area including Catcliffe, Treeton, Aston, Sheffield and as far away as Chapeltown. “I needed another venue with easy access for those members of the community that live either side of the M1″, said Dr Bohm. “My new Monday Class at the Pheonix Sport Centre and Pavilion in Brinsworth is just the place; so easy for my students to get to.” Dr Bohm will be hosting an open event at her new venue this Monday, May 3rd from 3.30pm. Chalfont St Peter Centre Leading up to starting at FCL, Sangita ran a popular maths and English after-school centre of 140 students for 7 years. November 19, 2009Dr. Mallika Bohm’s Success with First Class Learning.One of First Class Learning’s newest franchisees is Dr Mallika Bohm from Rotherham in Yorkshire. Mallika first made an enquiry in April 2009. After selection and interview Mallika attended First Class Learning’s initial two day training course in Darlington and after began her marketing campaign throughout the summer holidays. She opened her First Class Learning maths and English Centre in Rotherham at the start of the new term in September. Three months down the line and Mallika has a thriving centre with over twenty students and made a great impression with other franchisees at First Class Learning’s annual conference this year. Her drive and enthusiasm together with the support of her family has clearly contributed to her success. Here is what Mallika has to say about her experience with First Class Learning: “It has been crazy with all the enquiries but all is worthwhile as I have over 20 students already. There are two more children that I have assessed and they will attend from next week. At the moment I am getting more than a 50% hit rate (one in two enquiries results in a student enrolling). I am now planning to get an assistant in December as the class size has grown faster than expected.
