Centre Managers, Shabnam and Ali, are a sister-and-brother team passionate about helping children build confidence and achieve their academic potential. From helping children see the world more clearly to helping them recognise their own potential, Shabnam brings a unique perspective to tutoring. A qualified Specialist Optometrist with over 10 years’ experience in the optical and healthcare profession, she has extensive tutoring experience and currently works within a hospital children’s clinic. Patient, approachable and adaptable, she is passionate about understanding each child’s individual needs and helping them become confident and independent learners. With a professional career built around precision, problem-solving and supporting others, Shabnam brings a combination of experience, patience and enthusiasm to helping every student reach their potential. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and has three years of professional experience as a Structural Engineer, bringing strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills to the centre. He also has experience working with children at a language school, supporting their safety, wellbeing and social development. He is passionate about creating a positive and enjoyable environment where children feel confident and supported. Having grown up in the local area, Shabnam and Ali are passionate about giving back to their community and creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every child can progress and thrive. Both hold enhanced DBS certificates, with Ali also holding a Level 3 First Aid qualification.
