The Penarth First Class Learning Centre is run by Jenny Tricklebank BA(Hons), MSc(Hons).
Jenny is fully trained and qualified to deliver the First Class Learning study programmes. Every First Class Learning tutor holds an enhanced DBS certificate (CRB).
Jenny set up her First Class Learning Penarth centre in 2017, after looking for a change in career direction. Jenny always had a love for maths and wanted to start her own business that would provide the flexibility needed to work around her family. Another decision making factor was wanting a business that was both stimulating and rewarding. Jenny decided to launch her own tuition centre after being particularly impressed with the quality of the teaching materials, providing a huge USP over other similar franchises in her area.
Jenny opened her centre with 4 students on board, adding to these numbers gradually throughout the first year. In the second year of the centre opening, Jenny saw the student numbers grow rapidly, noticing a particular growth spurt in Autumn. By the second year the centre had built up a positive local reputation, contributing heavily to new students coming on board, through word of mouth.
One of Jenny's favourite things about owning a First Class Learning Franchise is the quality of materials provided, which are in line with the National Curriculum. She is very proud to use them in her centre and believes the huge variety in the worksheets fully support her students schoolwork. Jenny has also been very impressed with the friendly and helpful assistance from Head Office, always feeling like any questions or issues are dealt with promptly, with the greatest strength lying in the independence your build your centre in your own way.
