Welcome to the Edgware Tuition Centre delivering First Class Learning. The Centre is run by Raxita Kantaria with her flagship Centre in St Johns Wood.
Students of all ages are provided with a structured and individualised daily plan of study of around 10-15 minutes per day. Weekly results are collected to ensure mastery and fluency.
Raxita supports children of ages ranging from 3 years to 16 years old, from both state and independent sectors in maths and English. By building confidence she enables each child to realise their potential.
Under Raxita's unique instruction the learning content and pace will be individualised to meet your children's personal learning needs, to help them gain confidence in their own abilities and to develop independent learning skills. Your children can harness their new skills to make better progress in their studies at school .
Raxita believes it important that children develop problem solving experience from the early stages and so students are taught from early on how to apply maths to problem solving and are also taught step by step guide to comprehension and creative writing.
Raxita will meet with you to discuss how she can help your child with maths and/or English. She will then sit down with your child and complete an assessment to determine which path is most suitable. Once Raxita has established your child’s needs, she will put together a bespoke course of action that will support and encourage your child’s learning. Your child can then start completing the daily worksheets with ongoing support from the Raxita whenever it is needed. Our programme is a partnership between Raxita, your child and you as parents so communication between all is important. We encourage all parents to mark the homework daily so that corrections can be made as they go through the week and their progress will be seen in the results. If they have any problems with the work, you can call Raxita anytime between 10:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Students will be assessed continuously to ensure long term retention and ensure progress is not hindered. When at class, each week during class students complete a short piece of work which will be marked, reviewed and corrections done. The student will then be given homework to practise the skill set covered in class to be completed over the following week.
