Welcome to Slough First Class Learning Study Centre which is run by Anita Kharbanda who has over 25 years experience in managing maths and English study centres. We cover Slough, Burnham, Cippenham, Britwell, Stoke Pages, Farnham Common & Farnham Royal.
Our programme caters for students from reception to GCSE level, and is based upon the UK school curriculum - we can therefore also assist children with their school homework. In addition, apart from attending face to face classes, we provide a helpline for our students Six Days a Week.
Our study structure is ability based, with each child on an individualised programme and we therefore do not teach in groups. We use ‘pencil-to-paper' method (as required in school exams), which our students’ parents have termed it as a 'healthier option'.
In addition, we support good Time Management practices from a young age, as well as helping children develop the skills needed to maintain focus, speed and accuracy which are fundamental for their development.
We are now enrolling with a no obligation Free Assessment with prices starting from £65 a month + £25 registration fee. .
How we work
Our First Class Learning Centre Manager will call you to discuss how we can help your child with maths or English. They will then assist your child to complete an assessment to determine which path is most suitable for them. Once we have established your child's needs, we will put together a bespoke course of action that will support and encourage your child's learning. If you feel happy with our plan and that we are the best option for you and your child, they will then be able to start attending regular classes at the centre or online. In these classes they will complete a short piece of work which will be marked, returned and discussed with the Centre Manager, who will give them a detailed programme of homework to be completed before the next class.
